The HPGS-V12HW is a highly efficient split-type air-to-water heat pump with a nominal thermal capacity of 10.0 kW (powered by a single-phase 220–240V supply). The system consists of an outdoor unit and an indoor hydro-module. We recommend this balanced setup for mid-sized homes, townhouses, and modernized cottages ranging from 80 to 110 m². It serves as an excellent all-in-one primary system for space heating, active summer cooling, and domestic hot water (DHW) generation.
Year-Round Comfort
This advanced air-to-water split system is certified to deliver stable heating in extreme winter climates down to -28°C, and highly effective cooling in summer up to +43°C. During the hot summer months, the system reverses its thermodynamic cycle to supply chilled water to underfloor cooling loops or fan coils. Guided by an advanced controller, it manages water temperature delivery with an accuracy of ±0.5°C, ensuring optimal comfort without thermal overshoot or sudden temperature drops.

Best Suited For:
Owners of mid-sized private homes and cottages (80–110 m²) running on a single-phase 220–240V / 50Hz grid, who want to transition away from traditional gas or electric boilers to a high-efficiency green energy system.
Might Not Be Suited For:
If your home's total heated area exceeds 120 m² or requires a 3-phase power connection, the 10.0 kW capacity will be insufficient during peak winter frosts; in this case, upgrading to the HPGS-V16HW (16.0 kW) is recommended.

High pressure-ratio compressor
High pressure-ratio compressor — up to 13 — with better performance at low ambient temperatures. Renowned GMCC brand. DC rotary inverter compressor. Refrigerant: R32.
DC fan motor
Brushless DC fan motor. Higher efficiency, low noise level
Larger heat exchanger
A larger heat exchanger to match the required heat-exchange area at low ambient temperatures. Flat-type fins improve defrosting efficiency.
Integrated PCB
The integrated PCB for the single-phase unit reduces the risk of damage to each component.
Plate heat exchanger
Efficient heat transfer for both heating and cooling. Compact footprint. Withstands high temperatures and high pressure.
Inverter water pump
High-efficiency inverter water pump. Brand: Wilo Para series. Water head is 9 m for the 8 kW, 12 kW, and 16 kW hydronic modules. CE and VDE compliant, 50/60 Hz.
Expansion tank
When water heats up, it expands and its pressure rises. Without room for thermal expansion, serious problems can occur in the water system, including failure or rupture. The expansion tank maintains stable pressure in the water system. Pre-charge pressure: 0.15 MPa. Volume: 2 L.
